Unwind and Repair: Herbal Care for the Nervous System
Saturday, September 23th near Coyle, Oklahoma at Saint Francis of the Woods
Join Jenny Mansell and guest herbalist, Amy Heaton-Townsend, to learn how to use herbs for de-stressing and relaxation. Saturday morning there will be a wildcrafting walk to learn to identify wild edibles and herbs of the season. Morning and afternoon sessions will be devoted herbs for nervous system support and how to prepare and use them. Participants will blend a personalized anti-stress herbal tea blend and make a dream pillow.
